    It is said by yogis that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as three hours of sleep.


    Nidra is a tool for life, a simple practice that reconnects us with our natural ability to sleep and heal ourselves.

    How to practice Yoga Nidra

    • Unlike other meditations, Nidra must be practiced in a lying down position, to access the state of sleep. It’s important for the body to be able to completely let go.
    • Our sessions typically take 20 minutes, to make the practical for use during the working day.
    • There is nothing else to do. You just listen to a voice guiding you in a state of deep relaxation.
