How does it work?

Sleepability Challenge: a 37-day online sleep coaching programme verified by experts

The Sleepability Challenge facilitates behaviour change by guiding you through a field-tested, clear and actionable 5-week programme (1 preparation week + 30 day challenge), combining the most effective tools for improving the quality of your sleep. 

Make a few changes that have the biggest impact (and stick!)

In the first week you will learn about your own sleep and identify up to three personal habit goals  that will make the biggest impact on your sleep (we explain how to do this in the programme!). Over the following weeks, you will track your sleep and your new healthy habits using our Sleepability Journal (downloadable e-book). 

Learn much more than healthy sleep habits

Over the 37 days you will also learn powerful techniques to stick to new habits, retrain your brain, to change your relationship with sleep, and learn how to relax effectively with Yoga Nidra, which will help you get a more restorative sleep. Sleepability Challenge is best suited to people who are looking for lifestyle changes to improve their sleep. The programme has been designed to help people improve their lifestyle to improve their sleep. In line with the principles of coaching, this programme helps you understand for yourself what you can do to improve your sleep, by making small targeted improvements. If you have insomnia or sleep apnea, we recommend you seek medical advice before embarking on any alternative sleep programmes.

I don’t have much time, can I still participate?

We designed Sleepability Challenge with busy people in mind: we estimate you will need up to 2 hours in week 1 to prepare your challenge, then 1 hour per week + 5 minutes of journaling every day, to drastically improve your sleep. Considering that a restful night can seriously improve your productivity and impact, you might actually save time!

Who created the Sleepability Challenge?

Sleepability Challenge has been created by the Sleepability team, lead by Dot Zacharias, a certified Integrative Adult Sleep Coach in collaboration with Dr Neil Stanley, a sleep expert of 37 years.

What if I have kids/snoring partner?

There are 12 different areas which have significant impact on your sleep. Even if your circumstances might not allow to tackle one of them, there are still 11 others to work on. And we will show you how. 

What if I want to start at a later date?

Once you pay you will receive a confirmation of your order and we will send you your first welcome email on the Thursday after your subscription. The course will then officially kick off on the following Monday (so that you start each week of your Challenge on a Monday). However, we understand that life sometimes gets in the way of the best intentions, so if you decide that you want to start the course at a later date, just let us know via email and we can start you off on your chosen Thursday.

Could you develop a button that switches off the head, the mind and the thoughts, so I can sleep at night?

This is impossible (for now and without side effects!), but the Sleepability Challenge will equip you with practical tools which will allow you to fall asleep with ease, without any need for switch-off buttons. You have the power within yourself to switch off when you want to.
