    You need a few cups of coffee just to get your day started. You feel stressed and angry. You can’t really focus. And worst of all: you feel exhausted, which prompts you to drink more coffee just to survive through the day. And when you finally get in bed your thoughts just keep on going, preventing you from falling asleep (or perhaps you just wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep).

    The Sleepability Challenge facilitates behaviour change by guiding you through a field-tested, clear and actionable 5 weeks program (1 preparation week + 30 day challenge), combining the most effective tools for improving the quality of your sleep.


    And in case you’re wondering – we’ll be there to help you throughout the entire process.


    In our pilot testing, 100% of people that completed the programme measured an increase in sleep quality from their starting and ending sleep score.

    Important: Your course will start on a Monday. Once you sign up you will receive a welcome email with all the key information and your Sleepability Journal, ready to start the course when the next Monday rolls around.

    Will Sleepability Challenge work for me?

    Sleepability Challenge fits with any lifestyle. We will guide you through the process of identifying the sleep routine that will work best for you and your individual circumstances. The only prerequisite is your commitment to improve your sleep

    I don’t have much time, can I still participate?

    We designed Sleepability Challenge with busy people in mind: we estimate you will need up to 2 hours in week 1 to prepare your challenge, then 1 hour per week + 5 minutes of journaling every day, to drastically improve your sleep. Considering that a restful night can seriously improve your productivity and impact, you might actually save time!

    What if I have kids/snoring partner?

    There are 12 different areas which have significant impact on your sleep. Even if your circumstances might not allow to tackle one of them, there are still 11 others to work on. And we will show you how.

    Who created the Sleepability Challenge?

    Sleepability Challenge has been created by the Sleepability team, lead by Dot Zacharias, a certified Integrative Adult Sleep Coach in collaboration with Dr Neil Stanley, a sleep expert of 37 years.

    Could you develop a button that switches off the head, the mind and the thoughts, so I can sleep at night?

    This is impossible (for now and without side effects!), but the Sleepability Challenge will equip you with practical tools which will allow you to fall asleep with ease, without any need for switch-off buttons. You have the power within yourself to switch off when you want to.

    What if I want to start at a later date?

    Once you pay you will receive you welcome email. The course kicks off on the Monday after you pay for the course. However, we understand that life sometimes gets in the way of the best intentions, so if you decide that you want to start the course at a later date, just let us know via email and we can start you off on your chosen Monday.

    What if something comes up and I need to stop the challenge?

    That’s fine. Let us know and we’ll be able to restart it for you later on.

    Will my access to the videos expire after 30 days?

    We’re glad you asked. You will be able to access the videos at any point in the future (even after completing the challenge). Moreover, your Sleepability Journal comes as a pdf, so you will be able to re-use it in the future!
