    Services provided by Sleepability

    Sleepability services work with clients to improve sleep through chances to lifestyle, behaviour, thinking patterns and other habits. We take a holistic approach, which means exploring all aspects of your life, which may be having an influence on your sleep.

     

    The services that Sleepability provide are not intended to replace or supplement medical advice. If you have any healthcare related questions, you should consult with your personal physician or other health-care professional before embarking on a new sleep program. If a medical problem appears or persists, do not disregard or delay seeking medical advice from your personal physician or other qualified healthcare provider. Accordingly, Sleepability expressly disclaims any liability, loss, damage, or injury caused by information provided to the client.

     

    I understand that the services, programs and classes (including Yoga Nidra) offered by Sleepability are voluntary. I acknowledge that injuries, accidents, or other complications associated with products or services may result from my participation. I will consult my physician if I am concerned about any of the risks to my health or well-being that may result from my participation of services with Sleepability.

     

    I understand that there is no guarantee that my work with Sleepability will resolve my sleep challenges and understand my commitment and accountability involved. I knowingly and voluntarily agree to waive and release Sleepability, employees and representatives from any and all claims of liability or demands for compensation that I may acquire during my time working with Sleepability.

    Expectation and commitment level of coaching clients

    For coaching goals to be accomplished, you must commit to making changes to your daily habits. If the recommendations suggested are not implemented, it is very unlikely that goals will be met. As a result it is important that you agree to commit to implementing the suggested changes. Change takes time and whilst some progress can be expected within the first few weeks, results may take up to two months. Consistency and commitment to the programme will contribute significantly to the outcomes of the coaching programme.

    GDPR

    Sleepability will be transparent with clients regarding what happens to their personal data and will provide all data held about them if requested. The data here is collected with the sole purpose of supporting our client and will not be used for other purposes beyond that. Sleepability will only ask for information that is needed and relevant for the purpose of supporting our client. All data will be accurate to the best of our knowledge and if it is not, the controller will take every reasonable step to rectify it. Data will only be stored for a limited period, for as long as it is reasonably purposeful. All will be processed in a manner that minimises risks to confidentiality and integrity of the data. All data held by Sleepability about the data subject will be processed in accordance with the European Union and Member State laws.
